PURPOSE:To improve the cooking performance and further keeping quality by applying a high voltage to a material to be cooked, chemically changing the composition of the material to be cooked, suppressing the moisture evaporation ratio and simultaneously promoting the moisture absorption ratio. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is equipped with a casing body 11, a container 12, having the undersurface constructed from an electrically conductive substance 14 and placed in the casing body and an electrode 13, arranged at an interval from the electrically conductive substance in the undersurface of the container 12 and capable of applying a high voltage to a material to be cooked 15 in the container. |
