PURPOSE:To feed running paper before divided into two to a slitter device without slackening or tearing the same by a means stopping one preceding running member among running members on operation and driving sides to allow the other running member to catch up with the preceding one when running phase shift is generated between both running members and restarting the stopped running member. CONSTITUTION:When a running member 6a is preceding, a sensor 21a detects the running member 6a but a sensor 21b does not detect a running member 6b. At this time, the sensor 21a sends a detection signal to the control unit of a phase matching means and the control unit stops respective drive devices 13a on the side of a guide rail 7a to stop the running member 6a. Herein, when the running member 6b catches up with the running member 6a and the sensor 21b detects the running member 6b, the control unit restarts the drive devices 13a on the side of the guide rail 7a to allow the running members 6a, 6b to run without generating running phase shift. Since this correction operation is repeatedly performed, running paper before divided into two is fed to a slitter device 3 from a feeding part without being slackened or torn. |
