<p>PURPOSE:To provide a control device for a numerically controlled machine tool group to automatically pick up a plurality of works to be mounted on a pallet and effect mounting indication. CONSTITUTION:At a step 104, a pallet is first selected. At a step 109, pallet data is retrieved and all works mountable on a selected pallet are obtained. At a step 110, by comparing the planning number of production data with the charged (input) number of production data, it is investigated whether or not the number of works attains a production scheduled value with regard to each of works mountable on the pallet. By removing the planning number of works already machined, work mounting data is produced. At a step 111, based on the work mounting data, a list of a mounting surface for a plate, a mounting position, and an article number of a work are displayed on the display device of a control panel.</p> |
