The adverse wind preventing device controls properly a gas amount of a gas valve and a spinning speed of an impeller according to the speed of the outer adverse wind. The device is constructed that in a fan housing an impeller connected to a motor is installed; and an exhausting pipe joining gate for connecting a vomitting gate of an impeller housing and the exhausting pipe, and a variable switch, a gas valve cut off switch and an ignition switch are formed in the inside of a case stuck to one side of the exhausting pipe joining gate.
