<p>PURPOSE:To arrange articles at a high speed by picking up articles from a container, in which plural numbers of articles of one kind are housed, and housing them into plural article housing units, and a picking up the articles housed in these article housing units simultaneously. CONSTITUTION:A box, in which plural numbers of articles of one kind are housed, is unpacked by an unpacking devices 1000, 2000, and the unpacked box is pushed to a pick-up device 5000 by a pusher 3000. Plural numbers of article of one kind inside of the box are picked up by the pick-up device 5000, and the picked up articles of one kind are fed to an article storing and arranging device 7000 by a supplying device 6000 having a travelling truck loaded with an oscillating conveyor, and the articles are housed in plural stages of gravity roller conveyors positioned in the same line of a flow-through shelf. The articles of the same kind housed in this roller conveyor are picked up nearly at the same time to arrange them, and thereafter, the arranged articles are thrown to an arranging container by a throwing device 8000.</p> |
