PURPOSE:To improve workability, also improve the yield of a material and manufacture a connector of superior product dimension by making a terminal pin run through a fixed side mold, setting the same in a cavity and reducing the number of the opening and closing operation of a movable side mold to only one time. CONSTITUTION:A terminal pin tip holding hole 13 is formed on a cavity 12 of a movable side mold 7, while a terminal pin rear end holding hole 14 is formed on a fixed side mold 6, and a terminal pin 2 runs through the cavity 12 to hold the cavity. Also the terminal pin rear end holding hole 14 is opened through the fixed side mold 6, and a transfer guide 24 forming a pin feed hole communicated with the terminal pin rear end holding hole 14 is provided, and a preset plate 23 for carrying the terminal pin 2 into the pin feed hole is installed movably between the transfer guide 24 and a parts feeder and also an ejector pin 40 inserted into the fixed side mold 6 and supporting the rear end of the terminal pin 2 is installed movably. |
