PURPOSE:To improve stirring effect and to avoid formation of flow mark and inferior appearance of a molded item by inserting a baffle into an extrusion nozzle of a high pressure mixing head used for manufacturing of a polyurethane foam. CONSTITUTION:A mixing head provides a polyol high pressure orifice 1 and an isocyanate high pressure orifice 2 facing each other up and down and a baffle 8 is provided on the halfway of a nozzle 12 directly connected with the mixing head so as to put it in and out freely. A polyol component and an isocyanate component are mixed by injecting them from each of the orifices 1 and 2. This primary stirring liq. collides with a partition wall 3 to turn into the secondary stirring liq. and it furthermore collides with the baffle 8 to turn into the tertiary stirring liq., which is extruded from an extrusion hole 15. When extrusion of the stirring liq. is stopped, the baffle 8 is pulled back into a storing part. In addition, it is pref. that the baffle is a stirring improving bar consisting of at least two round bars. |
