PURPOSE:To prevent the bottom lid from becoming an open condition to a bucket during a run and prevent an object to be carried from dropping by stopping both of the bucket and bottom lid at the same time when a difference is generated between the revolution numbers of the driving pulleys for the bucket and bottom lid. CONSTITUTION:A bucket 1 and bottom lid 3 move at the same time and at the same speed by separate driving means respectively, and after stopping at a replenishing location, the bottom lid 3 is opened. As the driving means for the bucket 1, timing belts 4, 5 are used, and the timing belts 4, 5 are stretched between a driving part for which a stepping motor is provided and a driven part in which a driven pulley is provided. Encoders 41, 42 which are coaxially provided on driving pulleys 15, 19 detect the revolution numbers of the driving pulleys 15, 19 by sensors for revolution detection 43, 44. When the bucket 1 and bottom lid 3 are carrying medals at the same time and at the same speed, if one of them gets out of the synchronism, the bottom lid 3 becomes an open state, and when a difference is generated in the revolution numbers of the driving pulleys 15, 19, both of the bucket 1 and bottom lid 3 are stopped at the same time. |
