PURPOSE:To enhance the value as merchandise by adding a taste of high palatability to a table egg. CONSTITUTION:An oily flavor essence dissolved in an organic solvent is administered in a dose within the range of 0.01 to 10mg per chicken for at least continuous >=4 days. As a specific example, the flavor essence is dissolved in the organic solvent such as ethanol at 0.1-5% concentration to provide drinking water or the resultant solution is then mixed with a feed having about <=2mm grain size or a feed additive such as a vitaminic agent as an extender. The obtained feed is then administered to the chicken. |
