PURPOSE:To stably provide a loose cushioning material at high yield by bending a deeply cut one-sided corrugated cardboard to form a continuous cubic shape, bonding a part thereof and forming the continuous cubic shape into the individually independent material. CONSTITUTION:A one-sided corrugated cardboard 1 wound on a winding roll shaft 2 is set in length fit for the purpose by pressing cutting edges 3. The crest parts of corrugated faces are cut. By the way, the pressing cutting edges 3 are freely moved and the base of a formed triangular prism is changed. Further, the cresets at both sides of the one-sided corrugated cardboard 1 are simultaneously crushed by pressing rollers 11. The trough parts of the corrugated faces of the one-sided corrugated cardboard 1 are cut by a cutting edge 4. Then the end part of the one-sided corrugated cardboard 1 is pasted by an adhesion device 5. A triangle is constituted by the bending induction rods 7. Finally, dispersion of the triangular prisms is performed by a dispersion roller 10 at the time when paste has been coagulated. |
