PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a molded form at the time of removing from a mold by using an elastic mold having a filmlike support extended conically continuously to an opening of the mold and a horizontal distance between a mold body and an outer end of the support to be set to a specific value in the case of pressurizing an opposite side of an opening of the mold with the air and turning the mold over. CONSTITUTION:An elastic mold 1 has a filmlike mold support 3 extended conically continuously to an opening 4 of a hollow mold body 2 having the opening 4. A film thickness of the body 2 is increased larger than that of the support 3, and a horizontal distance (x) between an outer end of a horizontal maximum diameter part of the body 2 and the outer end of the support 3 is set to 50 mm>=x>=25mm. At the time of removing a molded form 6, the opening 4 is directed down, a cup 7 having a vent hole 8 is placed on a support frame 5 fixedly. Then, when the air is press injected from the hole 8, the body 2 is smoothly turned up, and the molded form 6 is released from the body 2. |
