PURPOSE:To transfer automatically a thin plate material such as a printed circuit board on an upper surface of a table to a carrying stand or the like while removing a cracked one of the thin plate-like material from the upper surface of the table. CONSTITUTION:A pair of left and right receiving transferring bodies 13 and 14 are arranged on both left and right sides of a table 12 so as to make reciprocating motion between the table 12 and a carrying stand 15 or the like on the side, and a sensor 16 to detect a crack of a thin plate-like material is arranged in a part on the upper surface side of these receiving transferring bodies 13 and 14. On the other hand, a scraper 18 is formed in a part on the opposite side of the carrying stand 15 or the like while sandwiching the table 12 between them so that the scraper 18 can move in the direction of the carrying stand 15 or the like along an upper surface of the table 12 together with the movement to the carrying stand 15 or the like of both the receiving transferring bodies 13 and 14 according to a crack signal of the thin plate-like material by the sensor 16. |
