<p>PURPOSE:To prevent lubricating oil from entering a connecting pipe and to prevent burning of the oil during brazing operation so as to enhance the efficiency of operations by making the length of that portion of a tap body which is inserted into the connecting pipe greater than that of the connecting pipe, the tap body used for sealing the connecting pipe which is passed through and secured to a sealed container. CONSTITUTION:The overall length of a connecting pipe 5 passed through and brazed to a sealed container 4 is set to (1). A tap body 11 for sealing the connecting pipe 5 comprises an outer tube 9 and an inner tube 10 formed concentric and integral with each other and is made from a heat-resisting elastic material, the overall length of the inner tube 10 being L. The inner tube 10 of the tap body 11 is inserted into the bore of the connecting pipe 5 and the outer tube 9 is inserted into the outside diameter of the connecting pipe 5. The overall length (1) of the connecting pipe 5 and the overall length L of the inner tube 10 are in a relation of L>(1), with the end portion of the inner tube 10 projecting into the sealed container 4. Because then the lubricating oil does not cling to the inside of the connecting pipe 5, burning of the lubricating oil during brazing to the connecting pipe 5 is prevented and the efficiency of operations is prevented from deteriorating.</p> |
