PURPOSE:To provide an antiphlogistic cosmetic having an excellent antiphlogistic action without using a medicine such as an adrenocorticotropic hormone. CONSTITUTION:An antiphlogistic cosmetic is characterized by adding riboflavin, pyridoxine dipalmitate and dipotassium glycyrrhetate in amounts of 0.15% and 0.15%, respectively, to a cream, emulsion or packing agent comprising raw materials for usual cosmetics. |
