PURPOSE:To prepare an outer tube in a good yield rate, by such means that, a prescribed work processed outer tube substance is processed a cold pressing to form into non-circular corss sectional shape, with its outer end portion folded to outside in a prescribed angle to construct a flange part. CONSTITUTION:A material to be used is arranged from the pipe material in a length capable of constructing a flange part later, with an outer tube substance radially processed a cold press to form into a prescribed non-circular cross sectional shape, and an end part of the outer tube substance is folded to outside in a prescribed angle almost throughout the total circumference, to construct a tapered flange part 23. And the flange part 23 is processed a prescribed work like tightening bolt holes 24 required for the corresponding substance, with a flanged outer tube 25 constructed for two-port joint. |
