<p>PURPOSE:To produce a nonwoven fabric sheet free from coming off of a nonwoven fabric piece and excellent in recovery from compression by forming linear joint parts leaving a space on multilayer nonwoven fabric and forming radial ribs continuous in the longitudinal direction and fixed to each joint part. CONSTITUTION:Plural sheets of nonwoven fabric containing a polyolefin-, polyester-, polyamide-, polyvinylidene chloride-based or acrylic thermoplastic fiber are put in layers and plural linear joint parts 2 are subsequently formed leaving a space according to the ultrasonic sealing method, the high-frequency sealing method the heat sealing method, etc. Each part between the linear joint parts 2 are then cut leaving one or more sheets of nonwoven fabric 4, thus forming radial ribs continuous in the longitudinal direction and bonded to each of the above-mentioned linear joint parts 2.</p> |
