<p>PURPOSE:To reduce treating cost and to improve the stability of treatment by filling high temp. slag into a closed vessel, executing the cooling and crushing treatment by spraying water, separating the discharged steam into the steam and the water and circulating the drained water as the spraying water. CONSTITUTION:The slag 2 discharged from a steelmaking refining furnace and primarily solidified is filled into the closed vessel 1 and the cooling and crushing treatment is executed therein by spraying the water 4. Then the steam generated from the closed vessel 1 is discharged through a steam discharging piping 23 and introduced into a steam and water separator 12. Therein, the discharged steam separated into the steam and the water is introduced into a heat exchanging vessel 13. The waste water produced by heat-exchanging is dropped into a drain pit 14 and primarily stored. The waste water from the drain pit 14 is circulated and supplied into the closed vessel 1 as the spraying water through circulating water piping 28 with a pump 17. Further, if necessary, superheated steam pipings 21, 6 for supplying the pressurized steam 15, drainage pipes 22, 19, dispersing pipings 24, 25 for adjusting pressure are arranged respectively to the closed vessel 1 and the steam and water separator 12, and further, supplemental water 20 can be supplied into the heat-exchanged vessel 13.</p> |
