摘要 |
The invention relates to an arrangement for determining the concentration of constituents (e.g. glucose) in body fluids, comprising a dialysis probe which is implanted in body tissue and through which a perfusion solution flows, and which is connected to a perfusion solution reservoir via a pump on the inflow side and to a collection vessel via an enzyme cell serving as sensor for constituent concentration(s) on the outflow side. The enzyme cell is connected to an extracorporeal evaluation/display unit on the output side. In order to use such an arrangement for continuous operation by non-bed-ridden patients it is proposed, according to the invention, that the perfusion solution reservoir, the pump, the enzyme cell and the collection vessel be combined, separately from the evaluation/display unit, as a sensor unit in their own first housing, or else that the dialysis probe, the perfusion solution reservoir, the pump, the enzyme cell and the collection vessel be combined as a probe/sensor unit in their own second housing.
