Solar energy converter with optical tracking

A rectangular lens system, pivoted perpendicularly into the plane of the path of the sun, refracts the sun beams coming from the east so that, on the one hand, these beams are concentrated onto an elongated radiation converter and, on the other hand, the ray pencil is refracted independently of the angle of incidence of the sun in the direction of the radiation converter. In a preferred solution, a first multiplicity of lens elements undertakes the deviation up to noon, whereas a second multiplicity takes over the similar refraction between the meridian point and the west.
