<p>NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I (n is 1-6; m is 0 or 1; R1-R3 are H, lower alkyl or form a 5--6-membered ring with N placed therebetween when m is 1; X is H or OH; Ar is naphthyl, pyridyl or substituted phenyl; Ar and X may form a lactone ring), acid addition salt and metallic salt thereof. EXAMPLE:3-(2-Aminophenyl)-2-(2-diethylaminoethyl) isoindolin-1-one. USE:An antiarrhythmic agent. PREPARATION:For example, a compound expressed by formula II is reacted with an acid, such as a mineral acid, organic acid (e.g. acetic acid) or Lewis acid (e.g. zinc chloride), in an amount of 0.1-10 equiv. based on the compound expressed by formula II in a solvent, such as water, alcohol or DMF, at room temperature - 100 deg.C for 30min-12hr to afford the aimed compound expressed by formula III.</p> |
