PURPOSE:To make a uniform distribution of temperature within a show-case to perform a cooling and storing operation by a method wherein a bypassing passage is arranged in a cold air circulation passage from its going side to a returning side and then the cold air at the going side passage is merged and mixed with the cold air in the returning passage. CONSTITUTION:Air from a cold air circulating fan 14 is cooled by a finned cooling device 15 within a cooling chamber 12, passes through going-out passage 20, 28, 29 in the cold air circulating passage C and returning passages 28' and 20' defined between the inner case A and the outer case B from a discharging port 12a and the air is circulated. A part of the cold air cooled by a cooling device 15 passes outside and end plate 307, enters from an upper opening 304 to a passage 305 between the inner case A and the partition plate 301 and further a part of it passes through a bypassing passage, enters the returning passage 28' in the passage 29 and then returns to a fan 14 from a passage 306 below the partition plate 301 and a suction opening 12b while keeping the cold air at the returning passage 28' at the low temperature. In this way, it is possible to make a uniform distribution of temperature within the inner case, i.e. the show-case. |
