摘要 PURPOSE:To enable water content to be regulated and enable the rice of the stable quality of taste, softness, and the like to be cooked by using a tubular body composed of a washed rice pushing-up zone, a rice cooking zone, and a steaming zone, through the lower section. CONSTITUTION:When cylinders 10a, 10b filled up with washed rice are alternately replaced with each other and pushing-up pistons 9a and 9b are respectively worked, the washed rice is pushed up to the washed rice pushing-up zone 16 of a rice cooking machine 2 continuously at a specified speed, and is cooked to be boiled with heated steam conducted into a tubular body 14 via a heated steam conducting course 20 and a feed hole 17, in a process for passing a rice cooking zone 8, and after that, by passing a steaming zone 19 for a specified time, the rice is completely cooked. In this manner, in the process for the washed rice to be pushed up and to be turned into the cooked rice, a necessary and sufficient water content is supplied with the heated steam or via a water content supplying pipe set in the tubular body 14, and in the meantime, extra water content is discharged in steam from the upper end of the tubular body 14, and is discharged in warmed water or the like from the lower end, and so the rice of the good quality of taste, softness, and the like can be cooked.
