PURPOSE:To utilize extracted liquid being warmed by pouring to the outside of an outerjacketing device body without executing such a work as the extracting device is disassembled and raised by providing an extracting means for extracting the extract to the outside of the outerjacketing device body. CONSTITUTION:Vapor generated at the time of supplying hot water to an extractor 4 from a water storage tank 2, and vapor generated from an extract 5 in an extract container 6 are allowed to escape to the outside of a cover through an air supply passage 68 and a branch hole 69, and a vapor vent passage 70, therefore, it does not occur that pressure rises abnormally in the water storage tank 2 and the extract container 6, and the extract 5 in the extract container 6 is extracted carelessly through an extraction duct line 51 due to this abnormal pressure rise. Also, when a pressure plate 64 is depressed, a valve body 71 is moved downward and a discharge port 66 is opened, and also, the branch hole 69 is closed, therefore, pressurized air exhausted from a bellows pump 63 goes in only to the inside of the water storage tank 2 and the extract container 6 through the air supply passage 68 without escaping to the vapor vent passage 70, and the extract 5 in the extract container 6 can be pressurized and poured out. |
