PURPOSE:To shorten the hardening time of a putty of quick hardening property for rotary balance correction and to enhance work efficiency with safety and hygiene by mixing glass powder through which ultraviolet rays transmit into an adhesive of ultraviolet rays hardening property. CONSTITUTION:Arranging a discharge port 5a of a putty discharge pipe 5 confronting a winding coil 4 of a rotor 2 of a motor, putty 8 is supplied from a putty tank 6 by means of a constant delivery pump 7. Namely, an appropriate amount of putty 8 is dropped and laid at appropriate positions of a winding coil 4 according to the measured result of rotary balance and the laid putty 8 is hardened to its inner part by applying ultraviolet rays from an ultraviolet rays irradiation device 9. After hardening, rotary balance is measured again with a dynamic balancing machine and, if there is unbalance, above process is repeated to correct the rotary balance. Thus, measurement and correction work of balance of rotor or the like of the motor can be automated. And unlike conventional thermosetting property putty, heating is unnecessary. As a result, equipment can be made of a small size at low cost as well as safety and hygiene. |
