<p>PURPOSE:To produce a beta-C2S based cement high (about 2) in C/S ratio of C-S-H formed by hydration and small in the quantity of Ca(OH)2 as a by product. CONSTITUTION:The C2S is formed by forming a fine particle calcium silicate hydrate by hydrating a CS based cement clinker ore in a wet mill, filtering, drying and calcining at 600-1000 deg.C. The C-S-H having about 2 C/S ratio is formed from the contained C3S or C2S by hydrating the CS based cement clinker ore by adding water while pulverizing in the wet mill. The C2S is obtained by calcining to dehydrate the hydration reactional product containing the C-S-H having about 2 C/S ratio. The C2S is high in reactivity and increased in hydration reaction rate since the C2S is a super fine powder obtained by calcining the fine particle material formed in the wet mill. Further, since the C/S ratio of the C-S-H formed by hydration is high (about 2), the quantity of formed Ca(OH)2 is small.</p> |
