<p>PURPOSE:To increase the nitrogen removal rate and the film separation efficiency in the treatment process for the organic soil water for decomposing a nitrogen compound and organic matters by the action of microbes in a treatment tank and discharging treated water out of a membrane device provided in the treatment tank. CONSTITUTION:A treatment tank is composed of membrane separation tank 1 and a denitrification reaction tank 11, and soil water is fed into the film separation tank 1 and treated biologically under the aerobic condition of aerating by an air diffusion device 7 in the tank 1. Nitrated water in the tank 1 is circulated to a denitrification reaction tank 11, and the nitrated water in the tank 11 is treated bilogically under the anaerobic condition of agitating and mixing the nitrated water by an agitating device 16 in the tank 11. At that time, membrane permeating liquid is discharged as treated water out of a film device 3 provided in the silm separation tank 1.</p> |
