PURPOSE:To provide a container for paint which, in the case where maintenance painting is provided to an object of small area such as a nailhead, enables easily paint the object without wasting the paint. CONSTITUTION:The subject relates to a container of paint 1 provided with an inner lid 3 and an outer lid 4 at an opening 2 and being such in size as to go into an odd hand. The inner side of the outer lid 4 is provided with a shaft 5 which extends toward the bottom 1A of the container; to the forward end of the shaft 5 a small block 6 consisting of a material which can be impregnated with paint and having approximately the same size in cross section as the shaft 5 is attached. Through the inner lid 3 a paint-scraping hole 7 is opened, through which the shaft 5 is passed and the paint-scraping hole 7 is used to scrape off superfluous paint; the small block 6 reduces the painted area to the least indispensable. |
