PURPOSE:To provide laminated sheets having dimensional stability to heat, high strength and high stress without reduction in nonwoven productivity. CONSTITUTION:Nonwoven sheets are laminated on both surfaces of a fiber net of more than 8kg fiber strength, more than 5kg stress on 3% elongation and less than 0.5% thermal shrinkage at 180 deg.C for 10 minutes, the net and nonwoven fabrics on both sides are needle-punched, heat-treated and/or impregnated with a resin for bonding. Laminated sheets of dimensional stability to heat, high strength and high stress can be obtained without reduction in nonwoven productivity, further the net material, weft and warp may be changed according to demands for roofing to provide the products meeting them over a wide range. |
