PURPOSE:To execute a rapid hot-water supply with respect to a hot water having a set temperature by stopping a heating by a hot-water heating boiler body when a low temperature water feeding to a bath vessel is ordered, and by controlling a mixed water regulator to such a direction that a mixed temperature becomes a bath setting temperature. CONSTITUTION:When an order of a low temperature water supply to a bath vessel is received, a controller 100, of course, it openes an automatic hot-water supplying bath valve 64 of an automatic hot-water supply bath tube 63, holds, a combustion in a hot-water heating boiler body 10, that is to say, a heating at a stoppage condition even in the case wherein an inflow water quantity sensor 21 detects more than a lowest action water quantity, and makes a mixed water regulator 50 to act to a direction wherein a temperature after a mixing of water becomes a bath setting temperature. By being executed like this, for example, even if a lower hot-bath-water operation is started and a lower hot- bath-water supply is executed, a residue high temperature water does not flow into the bath vessel as it is with a high temperature. |
