<p>PURPOSE:To improve an energy saving quality of a catalytic burner for a liquid fuel, which is used for heating, drying and the like. CONSTITUTION:A catalytic burner comprises a fuel tank 10, a fuel supply device 11, a fuel evaporating chamber 13 having therein an electric heater 14, a combustion air supply device 12, and a combustion chamber 19 which comprises a main catalytic layer 17, an auxiliary catalytic layer 18 and a cylinder 20 which covers the main and auxiliary catalytic layers 17, 18. An extension of a member for constituting the fuel evaporating chamber 13 constitutes the cylinder 20 so that combustion heat of the main and auxiliary catalytic layers 17, 18 is fed back to the fuel evaporating chamber 13 through the cylinder 20.</p> |
