PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost by decreasing the number of parts, and also, to improve the waterproof performance by providing a shell for covering integrally a containing case and an electrode plate in an extended state in the containing case in order to connect one end of the electrode plate to an electronic circuit part. CONSTITUTION:An electrode plate 35 and a containing case 36 are formed in advance. Subsequently, in a state that each contact piece 45 of two pieces of electrode plates 35 is inserted from each contact piece inserting hole thereof 51, respectively into the inside of the upper case part 47 of the containing case 36, they are inserted into a forming mold, and by injection molding by a urethane resin, the electrode plate 35, the upper case part 47 and the shell 37 are formed integrally. Next, a PC plate 55 is inserted into the upper case part 47, the lower case part 48 is attached and screwed, and a battery 56 is inserted from a battery installing hole 53 of the lower case part 48 and covered with a cover body 66. The electrode plate 35 and the containing case 36 are formed integrally by the shell 37, and parts such as a lead wire, etc., become unnecessary, therefore, the number of parts is decreased, and also, the productivity can be improved. |
