CONSTITUTION:A large number of water sucking holes 51A for dehydrating the slurry supplied to the upper surface of a water permeable sheet 3 are provided to the top plate 51 of the hollow box body 50 brought into contact with the rear surface of the sheet 3 and a pressure reducing hole 52A for reducing the pressure in the hollow box body 50 is provided to the lower part of the box body 50 and the middle plate 53 is provided to the hollow box body so as to partition the interior of the box body into the chamber 54a on the side of the top plate 51 and the chamber 54b on the side of the pressure reducing hole 52A and a large number of vent holes 53A are provided to the middle plate 53.
