: Described are aminopropanol derivatives of 3-(3-hydroxyphenyl) -1-propane compounds of general formula I (I) and their acid addition salts, a process for their preparation, and pharmaceutical compositions containing said compounds. The derivatives and their salts have antiarrhythmic activity and can thus be used for treating heart rhythm.
