<p>PURPOSE:To lighten the load of an external computer by disposing a means for transmitting a signal actively to the outside on the basis of the prestored information in a data carrier storing data on a moving object and moving together with the moving object. CONSTITUTION:A data carrier 1 is provided with an input interface 2 and an output interface 3 for receiving and transmitting signals from/to external equipment respectively in the contactless state, a central arithmetic unit 4 for performing the whole control in the data carrier 1, and a memory 5 for reading- writing data in the central arithmetic unit 1. The central arithmetic unit 4 stores action command data and time data, received from the outside through the input interface 2, into the memory 5. The central arithmetic unit 4 also reads the present time from a timepiece element 6 and compares this with the time data. When both coincide with each other, the central arithmetic unit 4 transmits the action command data 5a actively through the output interface 3.</p> |
