PURPOSE:To obtain a new transformant plasmid and a transformation method of Penicillium camembertii using the same. CONSTITUTION:A plasmid is a plasmid for new transformation of filamentous fungi, has a DNA fragment derived from Penicillium camembertii or its relative strain as a promoter, has a gene resistant to a fused medicine containing a DNA fragment encoding an N end amino acid sequence of protein derived from filamentous fungi as a selected marker, has a terminator and has a DNA range to be replicable and selectable with Escherichia coli.
