PURPOSE:To obtain a thermally insulated wall which hardly affects the ozone layer. does not cause the problem of foam shrinkage at a low atmospheric temp., and has a low thermal conductivity and an excellent appearance. CONSTITUTION:An insulated wall 1 is produced by foaming, integrally with aluminum plates 2 and 3, a rigid polyurethane foaming mixture which contains, as the blowing agent, 13-17wt.% HCFC-123 and 26-30wt.% HCFC-22 (both based on the polyol component) and has a gel time of 130sec or longer. |
