PURPOSE:To provide an injection stretch blow molding device wherein take-out of a completed container is easy, exchange of a mold is easy, and multi-cavity molding is easy. CONSTITUTION:A movable mold 3 moves right and left in the cross direction so as to clamp a fixed mold 2. In both molds 2 and 3, stages of injection molding I, heating H, and stretch blow B are provided being partitioned with an interval of 120 deg. viewing from an arrow A. A plurality of lip cavities 14 are mounted on a surface of a rotating disk 9. When the rotating disk 9 is rotated intermittently around a center axis 10 at every 120 deg. by a servo motor 11, the lip cavities 14 are transferred among the stages I, H, and B. A completed container molded at the stretch blow molding stage B falls due to the dead weight and it is recovered automatically from the mold. As a hot runner 19 injects a resin to the cross direction, the flow of the resin is smooth, so that multi- cavity molding can be performed easily. |
