<p>PURPOSE:To provide a scumbling liquid useful for scumbling lines, pictures, design drawings, etc. written with medium-hard colored pencils as seen in watercolor or wash drawings, comprising an aqueous alkali solution, anionic surfactant and/or nonionic surfactant. CONSTITUTION:The scumbling liquid comprising (A) an aqueous alkali solution (pref. pH>=9, e.g. aq. NaOH solution) and (B) an anionic surfactant (e.g. salt of alkyl sulfate, salt of polyoxyethylene alkyl ether sulfate) and/or nonionic surfactant (e.g. sorbitan fatty acid ester, glycerin fatty acid ester).</p> |
