<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method of operation of a refrigerated warehouse, which can rapidly and surely start introduction and delivery operation after cold holding opera tion, and which can prevent occurrence of erroneous operation after starting. CONSTITUTION:Before execution of introduction and delivery operation, an introduction and delivery device, a shifting device, a movable rack device and the like are raced while they are held in a no-load condition and a cold holding on-operation condition. During this operation, if the drive load of each of the devices exceeds the associated reference value, it is determined that an operational hindrance caused by freezing or frosting occurs, and accordingly, an overload is indicated while a shift into an introduction and delivery operation S11 is stopped. Further, before a shift into the introduction and delivery operation S11, outputs from article sensors A for detecting the presence of refrigerated articles, are taken into at S118, and if they are below a predetermined reference value, it is determined that a malfunction caused by freezing or frosting occurs so as to determine that normal introduction and delivery operation S11 cannot be executed. Accordingly, occurrence of inferior operation in an article sensor A is indicated without the introduction and delivery operation S11 being executed.</p> |
