PURPOSE:To increase corrosion-resistance, seizure-resistance, and durability by providing a specified plural zinc base bond layer containing Cu and Ni on an Al-Si system alloy Oldham's ring and applying an electroless Ni-P plating of a specified hardness on the surface of it in the Oldham's ring for a scroll compressor of an air conditioner, etc. CONSTITUTION:An Oldham's ring is formed with a Al-Si system alloy which is composed of eutectic and hyper-eutectic containing 6.5% or over of Si by weight. Also a zinc-base plural alloy bond layer 9 containing Cu and Ni of 0.05 to 0.5mum in thickness is applied on the surface of the ring made in contact slidably with an aluminum alloy rotating scroll. Then the zinc-base plural alloy bond layer 9 on which an electroless Ni-P plated layer 10 of 3 to 15mum in thickness and 550 or over in micro-Vickers hardness is formed is composed of a Cu of 6 to 10% by weight, an Ni of 4 to 8% by weight, and a residual Zn and inevitable impurities. In addition, the Ni-P plated layer 10 is composed of a P of 6 to 13% by weight and a residual Ni. |
