摘要 |
PURPOSE:To efficiently produce L-AMPB by using a microorganism which is adsorbed on a water absorbing resin and immobilized in a method of producing L-2-amino-4-(hydroxymethylphosphinyl)-butyric acid (L-AMPB) as a herbicide by aminating 4-(hydromethylphosphinyl)-2-oxobutyric acid (OMPB) with an amino group donor in the presence of a microorganism capable of producing transaminase. CONSTITUTION:A microorganism having a filamentous shape such as filamentous fungus or mold is efficiently adsorbed on a water absorbing resin such as a cross-linked polyacrylate or a composite material of the cross-linked polyacrylate and a fibrous base to give an immobilized microorganism. OMPB is reacted with an amino group donor in the presence of the immobilized microorganism to produce L-AMPB. Since the immobilized microorganism has a readily recoverable shape, the immobilized microorganism can be repeatedly used, the reaction can be carried out continuously or repeatedly to mass produce L-AMPB in high yield and inexpensively. |
