<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a colored plasticizing thermoplastic resin sheet wherein works for changing color density and adjusting the color density finely or changing colors are simplified. CONSTITUTION:A predetermined fixed quantity of resin is supplied to a raw material supply opening 13 of an extruder 10 passing through a pipeline 14. A predetermined fixed quantity of plasticizer is supplied to the opening 13 of the extruder from a tank 30 passing through a pipeline 31. A predetermined fixed quantity of color concentration plasticizer is supplied to the opening 13 of the extruder from a tank 40 passing through a pipeline 41, so that a sheet 11 having a prescribed color density is manufactured. For example, when fine adjustment and change of the color density of the sheet are to be done, a ratio of the plasticizer and the color concentration plasticizer is decided in accordance with a program which is inputted previously to a computer 20. In accordance with the decided ratio, a pump 32 and a pump 42 are operated based on instruction of the computer 20. In this case, the total quantity of the plasticizer and the color concentration plasticizer is controlled by the computer 20 s as to be always constant.</p> |
