<p>PURPOSE:To produce a cement panel high in flame retardancy as a product even when a flammable reinforcing fiber is blended by adding an additive thermally decomposing below a specific temp. and generating a non-flammable gas to a compounding material containing cement, reinforcing fiber material and an aggregate. CONSTITUTION:This cement panel is made by containing cement, a reinforcing fiber material and an aggregate in a compounding material and adding the additive thermally decomposing at <=810 deg.C and generating the non-flammable gas by the thermal decomposition into the compounding material. Particularly, which aluminum hydroxide is used as the additive, the flame-retardancy of the cement panel is improved since aluminum hydroxide generates aluminum oxide and non-flammable steam by the thermal decomposition, aluminum oxide remains as a refractory as it is and steam surrounds the reinforcing fiber to exhibit flame extinctive action.</p> |
