<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an ink for ink ribbon composed of a specific coloring material and a solvent, having an ink viscosity lower than a specific level, exhibiting excellent effect for decreasing the density unevenness of the printed letter and the blotting of the printed image and giving a printed letter having excellent color-fading property with near infrared ray. CONSTITUTION:The ink having an ink viscosity of <=300cps at 25 deg.C is composed of (A) a coloring agent consisting of a compound of formula [D is cationic pigment having absorption in near infrared range; R1 to R4 are alkyl, aryl, alkaryl, allyl, aralkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alicyclic group or (unsaturated) heterocyclic group] and (B) a solvent such as fatty acid, (polyhydric) alcohol, ether, ester and hydrocarbon.</p> |
