PURPOSE:To obtain a skin layer and foam layer that are not peeled off from each other, by a method wherein adhesive agent layer having high affinity to both of olefin resin and polyurethane resin is interposed between the olefin resin and polyurethane resin, though it is feared that the olefin resin and polyolefin resin are peeled off since olefin resin has low affinity to polyurethane resin when both the olefin resin and polyurethane resin are stuck directly to each other. CONSTITUTION:A foamed layer 6 comprised of a foam of polyurethane resin is joined to the rear of a skin layer 3, which is comprised of an olefin thermoplastic elastomer and draw-transferred to the surface 30, through an adhesive agent layer 31 obtained by applying an adhesive agent to which a polyisocyanate crosslinking agent is added to saturated polyester resin and solidifying, which is made into a trim material. |
