PURPOSE:To make possible to take out and remove a remaining material simply and easily from an injection gate by forming the remaining material produced by hardening an injected sole forming material in a unbreakable form even in bottom mold dropping. CONSTITUTION:In an injection molding sole forming method, joining a last main body 10, to which an instep cover 2 is hanged, and side molds 30 and 31 to a bottom mold 40, performed by injection from a sole opposite face 45 of the bottom mold 40 via gates 32 and 41 set on each molds, a tongue piece 57 is set by a notch set on the bottom mold gate 41 on the base end of a bottom mold gate remaining part 55. Furthermore, it is constructed to form an injection gate remaining material so that a protrusion 54 is generated by a hollow part 37 carved on the tip of the side mold gate remaining material. |
