<p>PURPOSE:To produce an electric fusing joint firmly integrated without generating a gap and excellent in the dimensional accuracy of its inner diameter. CONSTITUTION:The outer peripheral part of the coil 3 wound around a core 5 is covered with a sheath pipe 2 and the core 5 is set to a mold 6 in this state and a resin material 4 is injected into the gap between the core 5 and the mold 6 to integrate the sheath pipe 2 and coil 3 arranged in this gap by the resin material to produce an electric fusing joint 1. In this method, the sheath pipe 2 having strain energy acting in a diameter contracting direction built therein is used.</p> |
