PURPOSE:To properly arrange cut pieces on a conveyer into a curved or extended shape enabled to drop down by providing curving and extending air jetting devices in the lower side of in a device for swivelably supporting a food inserting tube, extended in a vertical direction, in the upward of the cutter provided in a horizontal position. CONSTITUTION:In the case of slicing food F of meat lump or the like, the food F is inserted to a food inserting tube 5 from its upper end opening, to protrude a lower end of the food F from the lower end opening of a lower end tube 9. Under this condition, a cutter 3 is rotated through a rotary shaft 2, to also drive a motor 17 of a reciprocation driving gear, and the food inserting tube 5 is moved to make a swivel motion about a pivotally supporting shaft 8 through a crank mechanism 15 or the like. At each moving the lower side tube 9 to a rear side, the lower end of the food F protruded from the lower side tube 9 is cut by the cutter 3 during rotation, and an obtained cut piece (f) is dropped down from between the cutter 3 and a cutting thickness adjusting plate 4. At this dropping clown time, by jetting air from a curving or extending air jetting device 18, 19, the cut piece is deformed into a curved or extended shape and loaded on a conveyer 20. |
