PURPOSE:To allow stabilized coasting on a curved path by enhancing the speed control accuracy of a truck. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic levitation transfer system comprises a transfer path 10 comprising linear paths 10A, 10B and a curved path 10B, a stator 12 of linear motor disposed along the transfer path 10, a truck 20 having a secondary conductor 24 travelable on the transfer path 10, a plurality of position sensors 13, 14 disposed on the transfer path 10, and a control section 51. The control section 51 is disposed on the stator side and controls the truck 20 at an optimal speed for traveling through the curved path based on the speed of truck detected by the speed sensor 13 and the weight of the truck. |
