PURPOSE:To surely store/hold sales data for each terminal equipment and to reproduce them later by storing extracted journal print data in a non-volatile data storage means. CONSTITUTION:A terminal equipment 10 is provided with a brancher 11, keyboard 12, display 13 to form a data output means and printer 16 and equipped with a data input/output function. Further, the equipment is provided with a non-volatile data storage means 22, journal print data extracting means and journal print data storage control means 21, and only the journal print data to be printed onto journal paper by the printer 16 are automatically stored in the non-volatile data storage means 22. Thus, even when any fault is generated at a high-order equipment and the sales data up to the moment can not be extracted from the data storage part or are erased, the data can be reproduced from the non-volatile data storage means 22. |
